The 2026 IAPSS World Congress will be held at Campus Vaal of North-West University in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa in May of 2026. Consult your government’s advisories and regulations for travelling to South Africa from your country. Apply for visas and travel permits as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Each participant and observer has the responsibility to get themselves to Vanderbijlpark for the conference and IAPSS is not obligated to assist with flights, any other form of travel, visas, or accommodations.

IAPSS is currently looking into securing a block of hotel accommodations at a discounted price at the Emerald Resort & Casino, very close to the university campus. The booking process will see participants and observers likely book through the university’s resources, but we have yet to confirm that. Participants and observers are allowed to book elsewhere, but are encouraged to book to this resort, as we will secure a bus from the resort to the conference each morning.
