🔵The Political Theory SRC of IAPSS  Public Lectures

We would like to invite you to the public lecture series on Feminist Political Theory and Discourse. The lecture series takes place on the 8th, 9th and 11th of August and is comprised of six lectures that include theory and case studies. Spiritual Decolonization As Epistemic Emancipation: A Conceptual Analysis, by Thomas N. Singbeh

One of the most contested and ambiguous concepts in African political thought has been that of spiritual decolonization. What does it mean to be spiritually decolonized? How does it help illuminate the debate on African epistemology? This presentation seeks to provide conceptual clarity and to further assess its efficacy in addressing the challenge of epistemological violence.
