Liaison Coordinator

Tasks

  • Coordinating activities and communications within the team
  • Sourcing new partnerships
  • Keeping lists of the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or organization
  • Facilitating meetings and cooperation
  • Event reporting and analysis

Requirements

  • Independent in your work ethics

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Networking skills
  • Working experience in international organizations is an asset

Programs Coordinator

Tasks

  • Assisting with planning and coordination of various programs 
  • Overseeing employees for specific projects
  • Monitoring the implementation of program policies and practices
  • Coordinating program communications
  • Working to keep programs on schedule, within stated budgets

Requirements

  • Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead
  • Working experience in international organizations is an asset

Outreach Coordinator

Tasks

  • Assisting community and fundraising programs 
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Organizing various media outreach events
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of events 
  • Overseeing the implementation of outreach strategies

Country Coordinator

Tasks

  • Representing the interests and activities of your country within the IAPSS community
  • Coordinating the membership drive and creating local part ways for the IAPSS in your country 
  • Connecting involved colleagues for fundraising, management and international cooperation in the organization on a national level
  • Assisting with planning and coordination of various programs in collaboration with local institutions

Requirements

  • Independent in your work ethics

  • Being a citizen and resident of an Asian country
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Working experience in international organizations is an asset
  • Excellent skills in English
  • Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
  • Availability for around 6-8 hours per week (workload varies)
