Required Documentation for Application:
(1) A resume including reference to a) your studies, b) your academic and/or professional experiences relevant for the applied position, c) your overall academic experiences, d) your language skills, e) your personal data, and f) personal references (optional).
(2) A cover letter of 1-2 pages stating a) your personal motivation for applying for the chosen position, b) a detailed description of at least two experiences relevant for the applied position, c) the integration of the applied position into your daily life, d) your previous experiences within IAPSS (if applicable).

Your tasks

You would work together with the IAPSS President and Regional Liaison Coordinators. A  high degree of autonomy is offered so can you easily prioritise the workload yourself. You will be the coordinator connecting involved colleagues  for fundraising, management, and international cooperation in the organisation, including the Executive Committee and the Council of Regions. Your core area of work will be to source new partnerships with various organisations and institutions in collaboration with the President.

Your skills and experiences

  • Independent  in your work ethics: we are specifically looking for proactive people who anticipate problems and solve them before they occur;
  • Availability for around 10 hours per week;
  • Working experience in INGOs;
  • Communicative skills within both formal discussions and informal conversations;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.


  • You must be a member of IAPSS during the time you hold the position.
  • You are a volunteer! This is no paid position.
