The Asia and Oceania SRC, under Dr Meenakshi Bansal (Chair) and Yutong Deng (Vice-Chair) is looking for motivated individuals with an academic interest in Asia and Oceania to join the research committee. Researchers participating in the SRC will be called to cooperate with the rest of the team members, co-present lectures and co-author academic papers.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and presenting a minimum of two public lectures per year, on a topic relevant to the Committee’s field.
- (Co-)Authoring at least three articles for the IAPSS Blog “A Different View” per year.
- (Co-)Authoring a minimum of two academic articles for Journals per year.
- Attending a mandatory monthly meeting.
Please note that this position, like all IAPSS positions, is unpaid. A valid IAPSS membership is required to participate in the Student Research Committee. Successful applicants will be required to purchase an IAPSS membership.
