Politikon

Politikon is the flagship publication of IAPSS. It is recognised as one of the leading academic journals publishing the work of students from across the fields of political science and international relations. Founded in 2001, the journal is published four times a year and distributed online to almost 600 IAPSS members in more than 50 countries on every continent, as well as outside the IAPSS network.

Politikon publishes high-quality research papers of undergraduate and graduate students from around the world, ensured by a double-blind peer-review process, handled primarily by Ph.D. candidates, Post-doctoral students and young researchers. Politikon benefits from IAPSS’s partnerships with other established political science associations – including the International Political Science Association (IPSA), the International Studies Association (ISA), and the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR) – with Politikon authors being invited to attend and present their research at major conferences and seminars.

Politikon: IAPSS Journal of Political Science is in no way affiliated with Politikon: South African Journal of Political Studies, SAAPS or Taylor & Francis.
